The FC Bulle brunch, an emblematic event in the region, drew over 1,500 people to Espace Gruyère. How did the organizers manage to seduce and captivate the public for an entire day?

They chose a theme, a common thread for the day
They organized activities, decorations and a meal in line with this theme.

The organizers of the FC Bulle brunch organized an "après-ski" themed brunch, decorating the entire room to reflect this theme. Gondolas were installed high up, large mountain images decorated the walls, and plates of chalet macaroni, raclette and sausage were served, accompanied by bottles of wine.
Activities were all geared to the après-ski theme: a schlager music concert, igloos for taking photos and a slackline traverse high above the public.

For one day, Espace Gruyère was transformed into a real ski resort!
